Urban Planner and Designer, HNTB Corporation

Emma Clark, a native of Birmingham, Alabama, is an Urban Planner and Designer at HNTB Corporation. She works with agencies throughout the country on transportation policy and urban design projects. She began her career in Alabama as an architect delivering affordable and market-rate housing developments across the southeast. While in New York City, she served as a graduate consultant to the World Bank Group in Kenya working on financing nature-based solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University and Master of Urban Planning in International Development from New York University. She is also a licensed member of the American Institute of Architects.
