John A. Wise has assisted clients in real estate and business transactions since 1981. He came to Dallas in 1978 to attend Southern Methodist University Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1981. In addition, he graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1978 with a BA in History and Philosophy after attending the University of St. Andrews, Scotland for one year. In 1987, he achieved Certification from the State Bar of Texas in Commercial Real Estate. Fellow attorneys have named John Wise as a Texas Super Lawyer in the area of Real Estate, as featured in Texas Monthly Magazine. Mr. Wise actively serves in the community and is a member of the: American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association (Member, Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section), and Dallas Bar Association (Member, Real Estate Section). Moreover, he has participated in the following community organizations and projects: Founding Director and former President of Preston Highlands Homeowners Association, Recruiting Coordinator, College of William and Mary, DFW chapter, Volunteer Host, North Texas Council for International Visitors, Volunteer Attorney, Human Rights Initiative, and Volunteer Attorney, Trinity Strand Trail. John Wise is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
