Meijuan (MJ) Wang was born in 1976 in Suzhou, China. She graduated from Suzhou Railway Normal University in 1995 and taught mathematics at Suzhou New District Experimental Primary School for 7 and a half years. In January 2002, she came to Dallas to join her husband. From 2003 to 2015, she taught mathematics, Chinese and Chinese culture in Guanghua Plano Chinese School, Huaxing Chinese School and Guthrie School successively. In 2010, she started a power sports distribution business, which was bought out in 2017. Due to the warehouse lease agreement, she started the public warehouse business and has been working there since then. In 2015, she started to engage in land development with her husband, Bin Wang, and was involved with some projects, like Wynberley II, Wynwood Townhomes, etc. Since 2020, they have moved the project to Austin. At this moment, they have about 5 projects going on, multi-families, single family, senior living, etc. MJ joined the ECLAT (Education Change Life and Time) Foundation in 2023 and was in charge of the China project, supporting 65 high schoolers in the Yiliang area to go back to school in two school calendar years. This year, she started the role of chair-elect in ECLAT. In her free time, MJ likes to travel and paint.
