Joe Siegel is a seasoned financial executive with a distinguished career spanning over four decades across premier global financial institutions. His expertise centers on leveraged finance, syndicated lending, credit risk, and strategic advisory services for both large-scale banks and community financial institutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Risk Officer at Beal Bank, where he implemented a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management platform. Previously, he was Global Head of Credit & Lending Product Solutions at JPMorgan Chase, overseeing a $1.2 trillion lending portfolio and $4.0 trillion in credit exposure. His leadership has consistently driven revenue growth, enhanced risk frameworks, and elevated client service models. At Gateway First Bank, he led as Chief Banking Officer during a critical growth phase following a major acquisition, and earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at BBVA and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he built and scaled corporate lending and syndicated loan origination. He is Managing Director at Endurance Advisory Partners, advising financial institutions and commercial borrowers on complex credit and operational challenges.
