Susanne Shalley is a partner and leader of the Tax Reporting and Advisory practice in the Dallas office. She also serves as the International Business Center Director for the US Tax practice. Susanne has over 21 years of experience in professional services, including 14 years at Deloitte. The majority of Susanne’s experience includes serving global and large US engagements that either co-source or fully outsource their compliance and accounting for income taxes. She has substantive knowledge with SEC reporting, including initial public offerings.  Susanne provides tax consulting services to both public and private companies and works with other professionals in areas such as international tax planning, mergers & acquisitions, accounting periods and methods, multistate tax planning, and financial reporting for income taxes. As an International Business Center Director, Susanne provides international client service and connects U.S., multinational companies to Grant Thornton’s international member firms. Susanne, who is a CPA, earned her BS in accounting from George Mason University.
