Sam Mudro is the HKS President and Chief Financial Officer. He focuses on value creation by improving operational and financial performance and is experienced in financial planning, budgeting, business process development, mergers and acquisitions, systems implementation, and developing people. Sam was honored with the CFO of the Year Award by the Dallas Business Journal in 2017. He has a Master of Business Administration degree in finance/change management and leadership from DePaul University.
