Kristina Holcomb is the Dallas Metro+ Executive at AECOM, a global engineering firm, where she leads business development and client engagement across the region. She excels in fostering seamless collaboration across AECOM’s diverse business lines—including transportation, water, program management, and construction management—delivering integrated, innovative solutions that address the complex needs of clients. With more than 25 years of experience in the public sector, Kristina has deep expertise in managing large-scale operations, capital projects, real estate initiatives, funding strategies, long-range planning, and policy development. Her diverse background spans higher education, municipal government, transportation, and telecommunications, enabling her to offer valuable insights in her role with the World Affairs Council-DFW, where she is committed to positioning the region as a dynamic international hub within the global marketplace.

In addition to her professional responsibilities at AECOM, Kristina is deeply committed to her community, serving on several influential boards. In addition to her role with the Council, she serves as the president of the Allen Economic Development Corporation Board and is an active member of the North Texas Commission Board, where she plays a key role in shaping initiatives that drive regional economic growth and enhance collaborative efforts across the area.

As a proud graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Kristina resides in Collin County with her husband, Chad, and their two sons—one currently studying at Oklahoma State University and the other a proud graduate of Texas A&M.
