U.S. Assurance Director, PwC

Nicole Garcia is an Assurance Director in the Consumer, Industrial, Products & Services Sector at PwC and serves as the Co-Lead for PwC’s Dallas Inclusion Council. In addition, she serves as the pillar lead for Diversity Equity & Inclusion for the Consumer, Industrial, Products & Services Sector. Nicole has more than 9 years of experience in the assurance practice at PwC and has primarily worked on SEC clients in the restaurant, technology, industrial products, and automotive industries. The services she has provided include, initial public offerings, equity, and debt offerings, first Year 404 Implementation, carve-out audit, first-year spin-off audit, large complex mergers & acquisitions, and ERP implementations. Nicole is chair of the Council’s Young Professional Advisory Committee and currently serves as a board member at Notre Dame School of Dallas, which serves students with developmental disabilities ages 6 through 21. She received her accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
