Brian W. Clark is a director at the law firm Kane Russell Coleman Logan. Litigator Brian Clark focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, regional and local businesses, and individuals in business-related matters, both in and out of court. Brian has successfully prosecuted and defended lawsuits on behalf of his clients in state and federal trial courts throughout Texas and in other jurisdictions in disputes involving, among other things, contracts, employment issues, fiduciary duties, real estate, oil & gas, and disputes among owners of closely held businesses. He is a certified mediator and also spends a significant amount of time working with clients on litigation-avoidance strategies. Brian tends to advise middle-market businesses most frequently although he advises clients of all sizes. He also serves as the Managing Director of Administration for KRCL. Brian is a member of the State Bar of Texas and received his B.S. in political science from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Baylor Law School. Brian and his wife, Tiffany, have three kids (and two dogs) who keep them busy.
