Peter S. Wahby is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP who partners with his clients to develop and implement creative strategies across a broad range of disputes, including complex business litigation, financial services litigation, and medical device litigation in venues across the country. Peter served as a briefing attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas chambers of Justice Nathan L. Hecht. He has been listed multiple times among D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas – Business and Commercial Litigation,” Law360 “Product Liability Practice Group of the Year,” and U.S. News – 2017 Best Lawyer’s “Best Firms Edition, Law Firm of the Year for Banking & Finance Litigation.” Peter’s J.D. cum laude is from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, and he received his B.A. magna cum laude, with distinction, from Boston University.
