Joanna Ridgway is Senior Vice President, Global Sales at Cien.ai. Previously, she was a financial services executive who served as managing director at Santander Bank and her professional experience includes international and commercial banking at JPMorgan, Fifth Third, and Bank of America. A classically trained violinist, Joanna co-founded June Blount, a fiddle duo, with six-time fiddle champion Roberta Smith. The duo has delivered two TEDx talks on the evolution of American folk fiddle styles. A committed advocate for women and economic mobility, she serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council DFW, Jubilee Center, Texas Lyceum, and Texas Women’s Foundation Executive Leadership Council. A German Marshall Fund Marshall Memorial Fellow, Joanna leads strategic alumni initiatives, hosts European Fellows, and serves on the selection committee. Joanna was selected as a Dallas Business Journal Women in Business and to the 2022 London School of Economics W50 executive leadership cohort. Joanna earned a B.A. from Rhodes College and lives in Dallas with her family.
